Founded in 2012, Flotech was built by industry veterans who recognized the need for a more responsive, technically skilled utility support contractor in Florida. What started as a single-market operation has grown into a four-office, statewide company that has cleaned and inspected over 12 million linear feet of Florida's sewer and stormwater infrastructure, earning the trust of FDOT, FPL, municipalities, utility authorities, engineering firms, and property managers along the way.

Owner Operated Excellence

Our fleet is built around five service capabilities: 33 Vactor and GapVax combination vacuum trucks for sewer and stormwater cleaning, utility daylighting and non-destructive excavation, 13 trailer-mounted bypass and dewatering pumps — anchored by 6-inch Gorman-Rupp, Godwin, and Multiquip auto-priming units — for sewer bypass and emergency dewatering, 12 dedicated CCTV inspection vehicles equipped with CUES, Aries, and Rausch mainline crawler and lateral camera systems for collection system condition assessment, and 5 chemical grouting trucks, paired with a Schwalm robotic cutter for I&I sealing and CIPP lateral reinstatement. This vertical capability allows us to respond quickly and at scale, self-performing inspection, cleaning, bypass pumping, chemical grouting, and trenchless rehabilitation without subcontracting core scope. Our NASSCO PACP/MACP/LACP certifications mean our inspection work meets the same national standards required by state and federal agencies.
